La comunidad Andina de Patacancha (3800 m) esta a unos 50 minutos del poblado de Ollantaytambo, en el camino podremos apreciar el centro arqueologico de Pumamarca, Allomoc´o y Maycococha, en todo el camino las aguas del rio Patacancha nos acompañaran, llegaremos al al poblado de Willoc y unos 15 minutos despues a Patacancha, despues de una caminata llegaremos hasta Inca Lodge (3980m) donde podremos disfrutar de un lindo dia en compañia de los comuneros, aprendiendo de sus costumbres y tradiciones como la ofrenda a la pachamama para que haya abundancia de llamas y sus tecnicas tradicionales de teñido y tejido.
